Analytics for what people say

28 people asked the same question last month. Did you catch it?

kepts reads every conversation people have with your business — reviews, support emails, sales notes, call transcripts — and turns them into one ranked to-do list. Every item backed by their exact words.

The kepts ranked-pattern report screen

You have a dashboard for every number. Not one for what people say.

Somewhere in your reviews, your support inbox, and your CRM notes, customers and leads are telling you exactly what's broken, why they didn't buy, and what they'd pay more for. But it arrives one message at a time — the same question asked 30 different ways — and nobody's counting. At 50 messages a day, reading everything is a full-time job nobody hired for.

Numbers tell you what happened. The words tell you why. kepts is the missing dashboard: it counts what people say, the way your other tools count clicks.

Up and running before your coffee's done.

  1. 1

Connect one source. A CSV export, a forwarded inbox, a reviews page, or a connected tool. Works in any language.

  2. 2

kepts reads everything. Every message, sorted into ranked issues, questions, and praise — each backed by real quotes.

  3. 3

You get the report. First one in under 10 minutes. Then a digest on your schedule, and same-day alerts when something spikes.

Watch it read 2,000 messages.

Not a dashboard. A to-do list with receipts.

Ranked patterns you can verify
"Booking confirmation emails not arriving — 41 mentions, rising." One grouping rule: if one fix would resolve both complaints, they're the same item. Click "41 mentions" and read all 41 people in their own words, with source and date. kepts never shows a claim it can't show quotes for — enforced by code, not by promise.
A digest on your schedule, and proof your fix worked
Every Monday — or whatever rhythm you pick — a five-minute summary: what's new, what's rising, what's fading, what people loved. When an issue spikes mid-week, you hear about it that day. And when you ship a fix, mark it: kepts watches the mentions and tells you plainly — "7 mentions/week → 2/week over 3 weeks."
Leads count too, and every team gets its own cut
The person who asked about pricing and vanished left a reason in your CRM. kepts reads sales notes and lost-deal reasons with the same rigor as reviews — because the feedback that costs you the most comes from people who never bought. Then it frames the same evidence for whoever opens the report: leadership, product, support, or sales.

Your AI agents finally have something real to work on.

Everyone has agents now. Almost nobody has clean, evidence-backed input to point them at. Everything you can see in kepts, your agents can query, act on, and close out.

Every issue exports as a ready-to-work ticket
The problem, the strongest real quotes, and acceptance criteria written from the complaints themselves — sent to Jira or Linear, or handed straight to a coding agent.
Ask your AI about your business, get real answers
Connect kepts to Claude (or any MCP-capable tool) and ask: "What are leads complaining about this month?" The answer comes from your data, with quotes.
The loop closes itself
Webhooks, Zapier/n8n, and a full API: an agent picks up the ticket, ships the fix, reports back — and kepts verifies the mentions actually decline. From complaint to confirmed fix, humans optional.

If someone said it to your business, kepts can read it.

Reviews · Support emails · CRM & sales notes · Lost-deal reasons · Call transcripts · Chat logs · Survey answers

Upload any CSV or Excel export (kepts figures out the columns itself) · forward an inbox · point it at a reviews page · or connect a source — Google reviews, your support desk, your CRM, more monthly. In any language: people write in German, review in Spanish, call in English — one list, your language.

And your website? kepts scans it once — not for feedback, but to learn your business: your products, your vocabulary. That's why the patterns read like you wrote them.

  • Hit your message limit? kepts pauses and asks — it never silently bills you more. Annual: 2 months free.
  • No free plan. If what your customers and leads tell you isn't worth $49/month, kepts isn't for you — and we'd rather you know that in week one.
